Most companies are bored of sitting around in a restaurant, pretending their Holiday Party is entertaining and enjoyable.  A Hunter's party is the solution.

 

Simply put, a Hunter's party is your best choice for a company party.  With our on site catering facilities, and enough lanes for up to 192 people, Eastview Bowl is the only choice. 

 

Once you add in our reasonable prices, your company will return year after year.

Some options to make your party enjoyable:

  • 2 1/2 Hours of Bowling (Regular or Glow Bowl), only $16.00 each including shoes.

  • Great food from our restaurant, The Gallery (Check out the link on the left).  Appetizers, Pizza, Catering, etc.

  • Liquor Tickets (Full Bar)

  • A staff that will accommodate requests (prize draws, unique games, individual payments) - just ask!

  • Glow Bowl - You will be surprised at how much every member of your staff enjoys it.

 

How to arrange your party at Eastview Bowl:

  1. With potential dates and a budget in mind, give us a call at 373-4333.  Even if you are unsure of numbers, a tentative booking saves your space.  Check out some of our ideas directly below.

  2. Choose a time frame to bowl within and a time frame for eating.  Think about appetizers, cocktails, and prize draws.  Most groups choose to enjoy our 2 1/2 hours of bowling package for $16.00 each (tax and shoes included).

  3. Phone the Gallery Restaurant at 477-1300 to make your food and banquet facility bookings.

  4. Drop of your deposit ($10.00 per lane, food deposit is separate), or phone in with your credit card number, or by mail.

  5. Make your work arrangements.  Informing your boss, sign-ups, collecting money, etc.

  6. Confirm arrangements (numbers and other details).  Also make your bowling teams and fax them to us at 955-3565.

  7. When you arrive, our team will be ready to make your Hunter's party the best your company has seen.

  8. At the very end, take a chance to relax.  The bill and receipts will be ready.

Some Ideas:

  • Have your staff arrive at 6:30 pm.  Enjoy cocktails in our restaurant. 

  • Indulge in the Gallery's great buffet options for supper at around 7:30pm.

  • Make speeches, hand our prizes, presents, mingle.

  • Head downstairs at 9 pm to bowl.  Try different games.  Most groups like to do a regular game (warms everyone up), a novelty game (launches the fun to a new level), and a bingo game (a team race, wears of the last of their energy).

  • If your have a hungry bunch, arrange for appetizers behind the lanes during bowling.

  • Send everyone home at 11:30 pm.

 

  • Start bowling at 6:30 pm.  Try various games (novelty, bingo).

  • Think about appetizers.  If supper is not until 9 pm, you may wish to have a few appetizers behind the lanes.

  • Head upstairs to the Gallery at 9 pm for their excellent catering options.  Hand out prizes, make speeches, be creative.

  • Enjoy some cocktails and the atmosphere.  Your company is celebrating another great year.

 

  • Most of our party packages a aimed at Friday and Saturday evening parties.  We are happy to host parties at other times as well and other days.

  • Picture any time frame you think will suit your company.  Appetizers behind your lanes, a meal before or after bowling, liquor tickets, prize tables, and game printouts are all options.
